Mrs. Shana Turner was promoted to Assistant Superintendent in July 2023. Mrs. Turner is a graduate of Farmington High School and has spent the past nineteen years serving as a fourth grade classroom teacher, principal at Washington Franklin Elementary, and the Director of Elementary Education. Mrs. Turner received her Bachelor of Education from Central Methodist University and both her Master of Arts and Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Southeast Missouri State University. Mrs. Turner is passionate about leading and supporting those in which she serves. She strives to promote academic excellence and is committed to doing what is best for students.
