The Saint Francois County Health Center will be offering the COVID immunization for students ages 12-17 on-site of the FSD campus. Tuesday, May 25th, from 4-6 the SFCHC will be available to give the COVID immunization dose 1 by appointment only. The doses will be limited. In an effort to predict interest, please respond (only if interested) to this form by Thursday, May 20th at 3 pm and an appointment will be arranged. We understand this is a quick turnaround, but wanted the open option for those interested. Please fill out this form for each child in your family that you would like to receive the vaccine.
We are pleased to announce FSD will hold three well-child immunization clinics in May specific to grade-level needs. For interested parties and for your convenience, Great Mines will offer immunizations on-site through a mobile clinic. Immunizations, as well as athletic physicals, are an option through appointment. It is always recommended you receive your athletic physicals from your primary physician, however, for those who do not have a primary physician, we hope to support your needs.
The Farmington School District will offer summer learning opportunities for incoming kindergarten through twelfth-grade students. Registration and more information are available on our website.
