Mrs. Crites began her food service career at Cracker Barrel in Cape Girardeau, MO. There, she worked as a server, cook, and backup cook. Erin worked there for three years until she graduated from Southeast Missouri State University. After graduating, she moved to Farmington and started her career at Applebee's. After 3 1/2 years, she was promoted to management and was a manager there for 12 years before coming to the Farmington School District. Mrs. Crites has been the Farmington R-7 Food Service Manager for the past seven years.

Farmington R-7 Nutrition & Food Services participates in the National School Lunch and Breakfast programs. Our school nutrition staff serve quality, appealing meals to all students. All meals are nutritionally balanced and adhere to the USDA's federal nutrition regulations.
