About me...

Hello! My name is Kristi Scott and I am the Library Media Specialist and Community Service Coordinator at Farmington High School. I began my career at FHS in 2011 when I was hired to teach Business and Marketing classes.  In January 2014, I had the honor of becoming the Library Media Specialist and it’s honestly the best job ever!! I LOVE coming to work EVERY SINGLE DAY! 

Education: I graduated from North County High School in 2000. After high school, I attended  Mineral Area College and received my Associates of Arts Degree. Shortly after graduating from MAC, I attended Central Methodist University and received my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I also attended Missouri Baptist University where I received my Master of Arts in Teaching. Still today, I take classes from Central Methodist University on special topics as I will always be a lifelong learner. 

Family: I met my amazing husband, Jordan, during our Sophomore year in high school and we have been together ever since. Our son, Wyatt, joined me at FHS this year and I'm looking forward to having, Ella, our daughter next year!!
