About Me

Hi everyone, my name is Allison Hovis. I will be your child's Innovation Lab teacher at Jefferson Elementary. I grew up in Bismarck, Mo where I attended Bismarck R-5. After high school, I attended Mineral Area College where I majored in Elementary Education and minored in Graphic Design. I then went on to complete my bachelors of Elementary Education at Central Methodist University. I have an amazing husband, Michael, and we have a wonderful little girl named Lydia who is one years old. I enjoy camping, photography, and spending time with my family. I am excited to be working with the FSD because I am looking forward to working with some amazing students, parents, and staff. I have always enjoyed working with young children and love watching them learn and grow.
