The Farmington School District is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. Josh Hoehn as the new Director of Operations for the district. He was approved at the March 21 Board of Education meeting and will begin in his new position as of July 1, 2023.
Mr. Hoehn is a Farmington High School alum. He has been a physical education teacher for 17 years in the district. He has coached for 20 years for the Farmington football, wrestling, and baseball teams. His experience in maintenance began in 1996 when he worked part-time for the Farmington School District grounds crew. He has continued to work part-time in the field of construction/maintenance since. His most recent experience has been with Bollinger Construction, where he has worked part-time since 2018.
When asked about his new role in the district, Josh stated, “I am extremely excited about this opportunity! I look forward to continuing to serve the students, staff, and community of Farmington R-7 in a new capacity.”
Josh is married to Ashley Hoehn, who also serves as a teacher for the Farmington School District. The Hoehns will soon be new parents and will welcome twins to their family in the coming months.
