Go the bottom and click “Registration,” then select 2025–2026.
Submit Proof of Residency
(Must be dated within 45 days and include your name and current address.)
Acceptable documents include:
• Utility Bill
• Lease Agreement
• Bank Statement
• Voter ID Card
• W-2 or 1099 Form
