Ashley Hoehn

The Farmington R-7 School District is pleased to announce Mrs. Ashley Hoehn as the new Dean of Students for Truman Learning Center and Washington-Franklin Elementary School. At the start of the 2024-2025 school year, Mrs. Hoehn will replace Mrs. Crystal Vandiver, who has been selected as the new principal of Jefferson Elementary.

Mrs. Hoehn brings fourteen years of educational experience to her new role, eleven of those years in the Farmington R-7 School District. She has taught special education at high, middle, and elementary levels. She has also coached Middle School Knightline, FHS Varsity Cheer, and Special Olympics. Most recently, she has served as the District’s 504 Facilitator.

In addition to a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, she has a Master of Arts in Education Administration and holds a certificate in Special Education Administration. Mrs. Hoehn brings a wealth of teaching experience and knowledge to her new role in the Farmington School District.

Mrs. Hoehn is married to Farmington R-7 Director of Operations Josh Hoehn. The two met while working for our district. They have a three-month-old daughter, Brooklyn.

Regarding her new position at Farmington, Mrs. Hoehn stated, "I am excited to serve in this new role and to continue building new relationships with students, staff, and families. Farmington has become my home throughout my teaching career. I am dedicated and passionate about contributing to the continued growth and success of our amazing district and community!"
