Need plants? Our students have been hard at work planting and taking care of our greenhouse plants for the Greenhouse Plant Sale on April 29-May 2. The sale will take place in the Agriculture Department shop. Tuesday 4/29- Thursday 5/1 the hours are 3:00pm- 5:30pm and Friday 5/2 from 9am-3:30pm.
From knot 🧶 to knowledge 🧠, and fully engaged scientists! 🎣 Our Conservation Biology students experienced a fantastic learning journey on their recent fishing trip 🏞️ and lab 🔬. They started by patiently tying lines, then enjoyed the thrill of fishing 🐟 for bluegill and crappie. Back in the lab, their engagement was clear as they tackled identification 🔎, explored external anatomy, delved into internal anatomy 🔪 through dissection, and uncovered microscopic details with microscope work.
