Mr. Dustin Jenkerson

Principal

Mr. Dustin Jenkerson is the principal at Farmington Middle School. He became the principal of Farmington Middle School in 2016 and had previously been a middle school principal in Trenton, Missouri and Columbia, Missouri for five years prior to that. This is his twentieth year in education and he has a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Southwest Baptist University and a Specialist degree from William Woods. He loves middle school and all the interesting and exciting things that come from working at a middle school and with middle school students. He enjoys the bonds and relationships he gets to make with parents, students and staff and the lasting impact education can have on students. He is married with three daughters. His wife also teaches in the Farmington School District and his daughters attend school in the district as well.

Mr. Jake Whitener

Assistant Principal

Mr. Jake Whitener is an Assistant Principal at Farmington Middle School. He has 16 years of experience in education, serving as both a Special Services teacher and Health/Physical Education teacher. In addition, he spent 19 years coaching football and wrestling, where he emphasized consistency, accountability, and teamwork. Mr. Whitener’s leadership is rooted in supporting staff, fostering a positive school culture, and ensuring the success of all students.
