Principal

Mrs. Crystal Vandiver is the Principal of Jefferson Elementary. She has 15 years of experience in education, beginning her career as a 4th grade teacher for 11 years before serving as a Title I Reading Teacher for three years. She then served as Dean of Students, gaining valuable leadership experience before stepping into her current role as principal. A graduate of Jefferson Elementary herself, Mrs. Vandiver also taught at the school for seven years and is proud to now lead the building she has long called home. She is committed to fostering a positive learning environment and supporting the success of all Jefferson students.

Mrs. Ashley Hoehn

Mrs. Ashley Hoehn

Elementary Dean of Students

Mrs. Ashley Hoehn is the Dean of Students at Jefferson Elementary. She has 15 years of experience in education, 12 of which have been spent within the Farmington R-7 School District. Her background includes teaching special education at the elementary, middle, and high school levels, as well as coaching Middle School Knightline, FHS Varsity Cheer, and Special Olympics. She has also served as the district’s 504 Facilitator. Mrs. Hoehn holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master of Arts in Education Administration, and a certificate in Special Education Administration. She is dedicated to supporting students, staff, and families while fostering a positive school culture at Jefferson.
