Stay Connected

The Farmington R-7 School District recognizes the importance and value of communication to ensure the best possible educational experience for our community.  We are always looking for opportunities to effectively communicate with students, families, staff, and our community.

Use this link for more information on how to sign up for SIS Parent Portal.

Remind -  Remind is a classroom communication tool that makes it easy to stay involved with your child's learning. Remind is free to use, and you'll be able to get and send messages on any device—even a simple text message from your phone.  As part of this rollout, official accounts will be created for all the educators, parents, and students at the Farmington R7 School District.  When your student enrolls, you will receive an email or text message from Remind.  All you need to do is follow the steps in the message to finish setting up your account. Here is a video demo to see how Remind works. We're excited to make connecting with our families more engaging!

Crisis Go - Parents and guardians will now be kept in the loop with school safety news. CrisisGo’s app allows you to connect with safety message groups from our school district and school buildings. If an emergency occurs, you will be able to receive updates from the school. CrisisGo’s safety platform will allow our school to increase safety standards through tools that provide advanced emergency notifications, streamline incident and bully reporting, improve incident response, grant easy access to emergency procedures, and spread safety awareness. Follow the directions here to download the app!

Peachjar -The Farmington R-7 School District uses an electronic flyer communication and a delivery tool called “Peachjar.” This tool allows schools and community organizations to save paper and reduce copy costs by thousands of dollars. It also reduces the number of flyers sent home in students’ backpacks. All flyers from community organizations will be posted on your school website and sent directly to your email. To view school-approved flyers, simply click the Peachjar button on your school’s website homepage. No action is require
ed on your part. You will receive a welcome email from our service provider (Peachjar) that includes a username and password. This is provided to give you the opportunity to manage your account and flyer delivery preferences. You do not need to login to receive or view school digital flyers.
