The FSD Health and Wellness Committee will be compiling the data from your responses in order to better serve our students. We will use the information to increase and improve our district-wide service in the areas which may be indicated as weaknesses by your input.
We are looking for the majority of responses to be returned within approximately two weeks-Friday, November 12. We will leave the online response survey open through December 10th.
